- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.
- If the desired item is of greater value, a refund for the original purchase will be issued, and a new order can be placed.
- Exchanged items must meet the same criteria as returns (unused, in original packaging, resalable condition).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation that were included with the original shipment.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
